So we’re trying to determine if the window exists and isn’t visible (typically the case) or just doesn’t launch. Here’s one thing I’ve tried with users:
Open Extension Warehouse.
Right click on it, and open Developer tools. In the DevTools window, you should see menus across the top, “Elements”, “Console”, “Source”…
Click on Console.
Now type this verbatim:
location = “https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com”
and hit return. Your Extension Warehouse window is now a 3D Warehouse window, correct? If not, you’ve got network problems. If it does, you still have missing Window problems.
