Would you trust some AI to understand drawings better than you do? Do you think that an AI bot could achieve a model so good that you can totally trust it and don’t have to spend time afterwards correcting and inspecting it? I don’t think the world is that advanced yet. I would say that building the model yourself wouldn’t take much longer than finishing what an AI has made, and if you don’t want to do it yourself, your top dollars would be better spent paying someone for the model.
What software is your architect using? If he/she/they are not about 90 years old, they are already using software that is based on a 3D model and can output it for you in a format that can be imported into SketchUp.
